...so... we don't really have a "merge tag" function. I give you my blessing to tag everything in one of the tags with the other tag and then edit the first tag with "deprecated in favor of [Link]". I'd make sure to include "slowing down AI" or similar in the textbox of restraining AI development because it's AFAICT a more frequent search term (or at least, a frequent one)
I propose merging this tag into https://www.lesswrong.com/tag/restrain-ai-development. Maybe change that one's name to this one's though? @Raemon
