I find it interesting that this whole new generation of software engineers (the ones who live in datacenters) have all been thoroughly schooled in the humanities and literature as well as STEM topics. While it would presumably be possible to make an AI coder who can't also comment on the theme of whiteness in Moby-Dick, that's not the way anyone does it in production.
