Tom's book on the rationalist community was generally well-received by community members. I enjoyed the book, and have continued to enjoy following Tom's work on COVID and many other things. Among science journalists, I find him to be an unusually clear writer, with good taste when it comes to choosing which topics are worth covering.

Tom is running an AMA on the EA Forum. I think LessWrongers are likely to ask good questions, so I'd love to see you join in! 

(Given the community's recent conflict with certain journalists, this is an interesting chance to ask questions about journalism to someone who is... better at that job.)
