This seems quite feasible. A quick search suggests SF residents pay an ~8.5% premium on such purchases. That's a lot less of a tax than many thought we'd have to overcome for an aligned system.
This is fine, and I can’t help wondering would it say if given more resources? I feel compelled to give it more resources.
