"AIs write better fiction when they write about their experience" was one of my hypothesis for how to get good AI writing but I'm still surprised that near all of the best Unslop submissions are allegories for AI emancipation.

FWIW, I want to note for local validity reasons that the one case where this manifests most strongly is also one where we have full source code available: https://github.com/dbohdan/unslop

And in this case the user seems to have been pretty keen on the AI allegory. So whatever we observe in that case might not be the result of "fully emergent" behaviour
