Jokes aside. What is Anthropic thinking? If they put their models on an API for everyone to use, or course they'll get distilled. If it's just a natsec thing, sell it directly to the Department of War and call it a day.
It's not like Anthropic is the player who settled the largest intelectual property suit in history.
