We aim to connect Rationalists from Karlsruhe (Germany) and surrounding areas. We are always happy to get to know new people and new perspectives. Please feel free to drop by even if you feel awkward about it, or are not ‘the typical LessWrong / SSC reader'.

Having moved our weekly meetup from Tuesday to Friday, this is the first open meetup after finishing the Hammertime Sequence.
 

Schedule:

• we want to start reading the first chapter (Fighting for Something) of the Replacing Guilt Series  until next week (that is meetup #34)
• we want to discuss some interesting prompt / questions from the application form of the EA Unconference 2021 organized by EA Berlin.
  Challenge: set a yoda timer and reflect upon the following questions:
  • What do you personally think is the most important problem right now? Why this one? (Regardless what problem you personally (plan to) work on)
  • What would change your mind on the previous question?
  • What is your current plan to improve the world?
• If these prompts do not work well for you, you can try these:
  • What are your current life goals? What is your plan to improve your life?
