Victor Taelin open-sourced UniiChat, a single-conversation, "infinite" memory LLM conversation harness:

https://github.com/VictorTaelin/UniiChat

He also offers a web client based on it - UniiChat.com - which is very beta.

This solution uses a binary memory tree of which the top layers stay in the back of the context window and a tool which can drill down on any element to bring up deeper memories.
