Trigger: I crack my knuckles

Action: I adjust my posture

Trigger-Action Plan, as opposed to Trigger-Action Pattern means the mental algorithm was voluntarily implemented.

Social TAP means the trigger originates from a physical event. For example "opening a door" is a physical trigger, whereas "starting a discussion" is a social one and "confusion" is a cognitive one.

For more info on TAPs, see: What are Trigger-Action Plans (TAPs)?
