Epistemic Luck

You would have different beliefs if certain events in your life were different and since you don't choose many of the events in your life, this implies that your beliefs are in large part due to Epistemic Luck. How should you react to this fact?

It has been noted that one's feelings about Decision Theory correlate a great deal with whether one lives in Berkeley (MIRI-centric) or Oxford (FHI-centric).
